ALLROUNDER

We are all-rounders when it comes to moulding rubber or joining it to metal. We manufacture high-quality products for a wide range of industries in our vulcanisation department, including model car tyres, ECG suction cups, pressure spindles, pump diffusers or even special plugs. The tools for the production come from our own steel construction company.

Whether small-format elements such as washers used as vibration dampers in engine blocks or large-volume components in traffic calming – we find an individual solution for all applications!

In our in-house vulcanisation process, new rubber is bonded with metal inserts and thus forms a permanent compound. A big plus here is that the new rubber used is absolutely low in pollutants and meets all current standards and requirements.
